Am I correct in thinking that lights worked ( flashing) when switch was not switched to '3'?
I wonder if it may be worth doing a decoder reset? Check the cvs required to be used in the decoder instruction book, (MTS2 decoder)
Flashing lights sometimes indicate that speed steps need altering.
