Hi all,
In the process of programming a QSI Titan 10 amp decoder for a USA Trains GP30. All wired up and works ok although again QSI factory defaults are not what the decoder comes shipped. Anyway I have direct wired the smoke unit and fan to the decoder as per wiring diagram. The manual States the unit should work with F12 but when I press F12 it turns on rear marker lights and that's it. I am also using the QSI programmer, CV manager to make life easier, well yeah, right.
How do I get the smoke unit to work on DCC. Using an NCE Procab. I have searched this on the net and it mentions about the flicker box CV. On CV manager this CV is all greyed out and I cannot do anything with this.
On a positive note this GP30 is fitted with two speakers and the sound is now superb stereo. Really makes a difference.
Can anyone help on the smoke unit and advise on the CV manager program, this is top of the range QSI decoder with tons of features but CV manager will not access them all.
Thanks
Steve
