Hi, i have a unit that controls how far a servo will throw. Press & release button once & the servo moves one direction. Press & release again & servo moves back.
On this board there are some breakout terminals. Would any two of these do the same as the button. ?? It would be easier to solder at this point. Thanks
May be an image of text that says Activation button Servo throw adjuster 。。.。。°° RX TX GND LCC CLK RST DAT

My guess would be the pushbutton just fires an i/o pin on the processor?

Without a link to the device, it is difficult to say, but I would doubt it. - The edge contacts look to be for programming, and other ways of getting information in /out of the unit.

(Clicking on the image, takes me to a 'broken' FacileBook link).

Thanks, have unlinked

Did not someone on here the other day show some servo adjustments? for my money perhaps the throw twiddler could adjust the throw and the push button do fine adjustment with perhaps a long push to set? Just guessing here but may promps some recollection somewhere.

Had a rummage, and found the board..

Two outputs, but switch and knob appear to control both at once.
Does not look like you can just connect a switch to the edge connections..
Soldering to the switch connections does not look too onerous?

As you have a number of points you want to control, I would suggest you look at the Megapoints controllers.
This system might simplify your wiring for you?
