I assembled the Rosenbach signal box from a kit recently and can advise that the guttering is part of the grey floor/ceiling plate. If your model doesn’t have any, maybe the kit builder made the same mistake as me and cut it off? This was my first Piko kit build and managed to misinterpret the plan and assembled it upside down! At least it means the rain runs off rather than pooling in the gutter! I’m pretty sure I have seen (non-Piko) guttering sold separately on line but I can’t remember where?

The problem probably does not exist anymore, Ms Winfield hasn't been on the forum for 9 years.
I suspect Piko are the same as several German and Austrian manufacturers whereby they do not deal directly with customers on such queuries but you should contact the local retailer for assistance. Annoying, I know, but that is how they do it. Having said that I have always received the help or parts needed so worth asking.

Under UK law, the warranty issued at time of sale is with the retailer, not the manufacture, so the retailer is your first point of contact, however, in some instances, the retailer will put you in direct contact with the manufacture.
