Ride-On G Scale!

LOL I don't think I'll risk it Giz... Zerogee it's only running on the inner loop. It's just MDF with a couple of reinforced bachmann b hauler bogies screwed to it nothing technical.

Any one who has witnessed my driving will know to keep me well away from any thing that could cause injury. :'(

I was mmore impressed with the coupling strength rather than the pulling power.

I'm sure the next challenge will be to pull a person up the pootank pass eh Peter?

I think the challenge would be to avoid a breakaway and depositing the rider over a six foot drop into the brook. Possibly G Scale ship-lauching chains required? To maintain tradition, better let Hamish try it first.

There are a couple of White Pass Alcos on sale on German EBay Ian.....

Ah, OK! In the vid it looks like it's running on both tracks, I assumed to spread the load and keep it balanced. If it's only on one track, then that just makes it even more impressive....

Jon.

Fantastic! I must dig out the video of my youngest sitting on a 2095 diesel going around the patio...............................................

Looks like a lot of fun, nice job.
On the same lines hopefully this link will work

Looks like a Heisler/Climax 1:20.3 geared loco, lovley looking little riding car. There is also a guy on there with an Accucraft K-28 hauling him along a raised track.
I never realised these things had such good adhesion and were so powerful.

Love it!
We have a son (now 37) same hair colour and abbreviated name - miss those great days when they are that age!
