There is a lot of confusing issues with the LGB double slip geometry? It is roughly R2, but the important thing to remember is the arc angle of 22.5 degrees, which is the same as the R3 points. In a crossover configuration, you have to use the small LGB 11040 short straight track pieces to get the correct track centres of 185 mm.
To use with R1 points or the LGB 12360 3 Way Point, which have an arc angle of 30 degrees, you need to use the LGB 11152 short curve of 7.5 degrees arc.
