QSI decoders?

Ideas bigger that wallet or brain !
I asked a while back about QSI decoders for my Bachmann 2.6.6.2.
I asked around the uk and two people said they will not stock QSi anymore because of supply problems
so I emailed QSI - NO REPLY
I finally found a dealer in the US - DCCHOBBYSUPLY they have sent me a correct QSI decoder they had in stock - they also said they could not contact QSI and had trouble downloading files.
Do any of our US friends know if QSI are in trouble ?

Not in trouble, it's a small operation and they have always been hard to get hold of.

Did you have trouble getting the files, or ??

I was involved in the Alpha and Beta testing of the product, so I might be able to help.

John Thut at DCChobbysupply could not download the 4103-0 files from QSI but loaded the 4101-801 articulated steam file which should do it I hav'nt tested it yet as a few family probs
