QC?

Don't those four come in a set (the coaches, not the blokes...) - so is that one purchase that needed four people to carry it, or are you sharing it out at one item each? ;)

correct jon, ;) they are a new set form LGB. bit expensives as a set, but when you break it down, its realy cheaper than buying the same coaches (in a differnt livery ect) sepertly, so itsquite a good buy.. also, you can purches each item sepertly.. so if you fanced the waggon, you could just buy the waggon.;). i hope this expalains it to you;)

also we just thought it might be funny;) to take a photo of a sucessfull raiding partyto york, forpaul(owner of said shop) to see if anyone could spot the change to his shop disply,as regular customers;) will get the well know joke;), and its helps a certen raider;) hide his identaty about which one actually bought what;)

A nice set (again, I'm talking about the coaches....). Seems to be around £500 from most UK dealers, or just under £400 direct from German stockists. As you say, even at the UK price it's still a lot cheaper than the current prices for individual items!

Apart from the fact it appears you can access that stack easier and the light is one, owt else changed.

I picked up an RHB shunter that Paul fitted with Massoth sound chip. Brilliant rough diesl engine sound. Also fiited manual volume control knob in the cab. Speaker fitted behind engine mesh grill!
Also he fitted a set of auto couplers....very difficult......took him ages, but marvellous end result. It will be at next weeks St.Albans NW G Scale meet I suspect. Oh and no charge for all the fitting....An excellent dealer.
 
wellspoted paul, its from the battle off the river pudding.. a platoon off crack german paratroopers landed in 1945..disguesed as british troops,in a apernt bid to seazes the pm. whinstan porkpie..the villages rumbled the dastardly hun when they failed to start drooling when a fresh delivery of blackpuddings areived at Nettys Black Pudding empoiurium
..afrearse pudding fight ensude..follwed by a larger firefight ..its now a loca hisrtorical holiday
