Pwll Dylluan Railway - Welsh NG in the mountains

the heavier load made the chuffer sound good up the hill, too

Seems as good a place as any to post this pic of Paul's train on a visit to the Dunn's River Railway yesterday - and very well it ran too :)

Thanks Philip
a good afternoon, between the rainstorms
a lovely railway with plenty of character - a slice of Jamaica in London
the undergrowth was very realistic, I'll see if my pics are any good

First run this year
Since October in fact
Puppy one of the reasons

Very nice indeed, gald to see you could get out and about and love the put, but are you a little too close to nature? The boulder lower right in the last pic looks like it might be about to cause an "incident"!

you're right - the pic was taken while we were doing the track clearing, waiting for the engines to steam up

That´s beautiful, that is ???

Cheers Andrew.
Beyond the train is where I hope to build a tunnel round the back of the rockery this summer

I think the photos look just right with the greenery as it is. Don´t cut the grass any time soon ;)

More photos, just to prove that you´re right ;)

Only two or three feet; the storms that hammered the central U.S. and East Coast brushed by us (let's hope I am not jinxing the rest of winter). I am trying to raise the energy to clear out my "work room" so I can build bits & pieces for the warm weather. Oh, I have great intentions :P
It's good to see your hill climb in action :)

Winter wear and tear coming out of hibernation into spring sunshine
