PPM50 repaint

I`ve just refurbished my PPM50. It now runs on battery power with Deltang radio control and carries London Midland livery. Its not quite finished as it needs yellows ends. I have to admit that this is one of those models that is best seen from more than 10 feet away but it runs well.





The class 139 is a PPM60 not a PPM50. I think the only difference is that it is a bit longer. I will not add London Midland to mine, mainly because I used London MIdland for my daily commute and I wasn`t over impressed.

Unusual model Chris, a little late in spotting your thread.
I have never seen one in reality so the prototype pic was of interest. It makes a change from your superb American pike.
