Polo water wheel motorisation

Hi I dont seem to be able to find my instructions for my water mill and i wish to motorise the wheel as flowing water has to be going too fast to make it work effectively. Has anyone got the instructions or done the job as the shaft seems to be too short on the inside of the building?
 
That’s the one thanks i will have to go rummage in my scrap box to se if i have the missing parts for the internal drive.
 
There are plenty of geared, very slow motors on ebay.
