Are Playmobil tracks good enough to leave them at outdoors?

Do you mean the modern plastic ones, or the old brass type? If the latter, then definitely yes because they were actual LGB track re-boxed by Playmobil. If it's the new plastic sections, I'd guess they are probably pretty tough like most Playmobil products, though I don't know how their long-term UV stability would be outside permanently.

I meant the newer plastic ones. As they are cheaper than LGB brass tracks and I don't intend to run track powered trains I was wondering whether I can just leave them outside.

The plastic ones can be left outdoors for long lengths of time without problems or needing maintenance other than the occasional wipe down to get rid of mud, bird droppings etc.

If you paint them then they should last fine even if the plastic isn't uv protected
