Plastiglaz ?

Question for the expert plastikarders, After painting I have some Plastiglaz for the windows. The MEK solvent wont work through the paint so any advice on bonding the windows to painted (enamel) plastikard body ? best glue for this onto the paint ?

Many of the solvents, and most (all?) superglue, will tend to mist the glazing..

Glue and Glaze, or Canopy glue, would be my weapons of choice..

Thanks Phil, Typically I only bleedin made an order with Delux last week for the putty and magic stuff ! doh

I glue in all my glazing using clear silicone glue, bought from the local Hobbycraft store. It is transparent, has no effect on the paint, but most importantly, if a repaint is required and/or the window gets damaged, the glazing can just be peeled off without causing any damage.

Glue and glaze every time on plastic.

Silicone sealant or low odour superglue (eg Roket) if that doesn't work.
