Just a little warning to those selling on ebay as I had a little shock when I sold a bogie wagon recently; ebay by default request you to put a flat rate postage rate to the all of the UK but it appears that most of the couriers have stopped their services to Northern Ireland and 2 that are left have passively increased their rates to about £22 + VAT making it more expensive than to Germany. Since ebay and PayPal require a signature service the only other options are Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery where there is a maximum parcel length of 60cm which means that it is not available for larger models.
There apparantly is an option to exclude buyers from Northern Ireland for the flat rate postage but they don't make it easy to find and you have to list with the advanced listing tool.
