New Railway

Hi all been looking to do this for a while but went for it today and splashed some cash. Looking forward to building up the Milton halt railway hopefully with a little help from you guys.
Purchased a Roundhouse ALCO steam loco and about 25 metres of track plus some rolling stock. Yes I am still alive but now face the task of getting planning permission to build the line through some garden conservation area or something.
Will try to post some photos if I can work out how.
