So been busy at the weekend building the table in the shed for the return loop, and the best bit was it all free as I used all the timber I had managed to save from taking various other things apart141C12C1-659B-416A-A3FD-96C7F243BA1D.jpegE8A43F4B-EEF1-473B-B5C2-9AC6186F9AC2.jpeg

Reference to sheds reminds me of when I used to drive 40-50,000 miles per year.

I would always listen to radio 2, especially the road reports. It took me ages to realise if I heard of a "shed load" that they weren't talking about a lorry full of 8 x 5's!

Also I could never understand why there are so many lorry loads of wheel barrows travel along our motorways.

That's the building industry for you.

Hahaha, yes, whenever I hear the same thing on a radio traffic report - a shed load on the A14 - my first thought is "a shed-load of WHAT....?" :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Reminds me of the old joke about the bloke working on the building site, who goes to the foreman and says "My wheelbarrow is squeaking really badly and it's driving me mad - all day it's going EEK.......EEK.......EEK.......EEK!"
Foreman says: "You're fired!"
Worker: "What d'you mean, just 'cos I compained that my barrow is squeaking?"
Foreman: "No, because it should be going EEK-EEK-EEK-EEK....."

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

And the one about the diligent security guard who checked every barrow of sand leaving the site for contraband only to find out later barrows and sand were being purloined.

One reason could be, because after every building is constructed, the wheel barrows are dumped in the skip, rather than used on the next site.

I got my last barrow this way, when the builders finished the new hanger. I also got a trailer full of 10mm gravel which I had to dig out of the skip....

If we're allowed to count the Keter plastic "garden stores" we were talking about a while back (they are kind-of-sheds, though not ones you can walk into), then we're currently at seven - two "real" sheds, four of the Keters and a lean-to storage shed running the whole length of one side of the house.....and we've still run out of space...... :(

Jon.
Aha so Jon 7 sheds then!

I keep looking at al that real estate to the right of the Shed that is crying out for some sidings. Perhaps a Right Hand Curved Point (placed as you enter the shed at the bottom of the pic) may be the way to utilise it all?

I see what you mean there is some wasted space there.
