Yes it will. I've never heard of one which won't, it would have been commercial suicide for LGB to have made MTS locos which didn't run on analogue DC.
If it doesn't then someone's disabled the analogue support but it can be turned on by re-programmming.
Make sure you set the analogue DC bit of CV29 then Les - and maybe test it yourself on DC before selling, just so you're sure it's working before it goes!
