HELLO
My very lovable and enthusiastic 4 year old grandson got hold of Granddad Chu Chu's Massoth Navigator handset the other day and turned the hand wheel past the internal stops. The unit still works but the clear plastic hand wheel is now loose and falls out if you invert the unit. Is it an easy repair or back to the manufacturers?

Take the back off (a few screws) and have a look. The back is designed to come off with out bits flying everywhere as you need to take it off when you fit the radio module. I cant remember what was inside mine but there are not many bits and none fly off into the carpet!
Just the main board is all I remember seeing. I dont think a repair will be hard.

Re:Massoth Navigator Handset - repair

Took it apart and it is now obvious that the blue plastic end of the dial which acts as a retaining spring has lost its tension. I have prized it apart again and it works but I think I will order another from Massoth. Thanks for your help.
