Massoth Navigator failure !

Hi All,

I have had a Navigator accidently dropped and now it wont stay on at all, It starts up on the screen but then shuts off straight away, there is no difference using batteries or the wire.

Does anybody have any ideas on how this can be fixed please,

Ive heard back from Massoth and they asked for the sticker info where you put the batteries to see if they have any parts available for this model.

If it cannot be fixed they have said they offer a upgrade at a reduced price, so we await and see what comes back next, cheers.
