Here are the wooden frames, covered in chicken wire, then an old cotton sheet which is then covered in a wet morter mix and left for two days to dry off

In light of some previous comments and the German nature of some of your rolling stock I suggest a small station adjacent to the mountain serving the town of Bad Punzburg.

Just to bring you up to date, the unfinished side, needs a bit of work to do. The two squares of 'rock' are tunnel sides which will fasten to the inside of this ends tunnel mouth.

Testing must be done, to check clearances and gives me an excuse to play.........

Two more of the West tunnel mouth, after testing it was realized that trains were pritty close to the tunnel wall on the right hand side. Plenty of clearance on the left, so skewed the track over about 10mm or so.

Looking really good Steve. Will you still be able to access the inside of the mountain? It just occurs to me that this might look like a really des res for local wildlife. A Hedgehog would probably be quite nice, but Mr Rat probably wouldn't be so welcome?

No access to the inside Mel, never had problems with rats yet, but if I do the a bit of poison won't do them any harm........ opps can I say that on here, probably get hate mail from them animal rights activists now......:timeout:

Bitter experience from having aviaries mate. Tomcat blocks are WAY more effective than the little blue pellets if you do have any visitors.
