Maintenance office

[Huh? What?]

I bought some railroad gear from a coworker recently, which included some passenger cars. One of the cars was heat damaged and not suitable for using as a passenger car. I decided to turn it inot a maintenance office for the yard behind the station.

I like that. Simple but effective.
How about blanking out some of the windows and putting signs on them?
