London Uniteds first trolleybus - aka "The Diddler" - did pay a couple of visits to the East Anglia Transport Museum and actually ran there on those occasions - even if its last use in London for the 1962 Closure events was a long while ago....

This was taken in 2012, 50 years on from the final day in London, but it's highly unlikely that it will run again due to the state of the wiring.

Yes, I missed that final run of No 1 - it came past our house on the last day of trolleybus operation, but it was twirly, and I was still at school :(

It's many years since I saw it in operation at the museum. I even took a photo of the motor (laid on my back)!
