Long shot time again.....

... but requests for odd things here have worked in the past, so may as well try it again!

For a planned project, I need an LGB 6-coupled diesel chassis (preferably with the whizzy cranks, but could live without them) from something like a 22620, 23620 or any other variant of that family; for example:

I need everything up to footplate level, but nothing above that - so if anyone has one with a broken or tatty body and cab I'd be very pleased to take it off their hands for suitable remuneration. I'd rather not break up a good condition one unless of course it was particularly cheap! Note that I need the 6 wheel version (used on several US and German variants), NOT one of the other US types that omit the centre axle.

Obviously the motor and gearbox need to be in decent running order please!

Anyone able to help?

Thanks,
Jon.

I know it's not LGB Jon but I have got one of those Piko V60 loco's if that would be any good, at least it's got the right number of wheel's

Thanks for the offer, Chris, but the Piko one is a little bit big for what I have in mind - don't think it will look quite right under the planned body.
Ta for the thought though!

Jon.
