Thanks Alyn. Yes, I thought the Welsh system was Newport but it turns out to be Neath. The ex Lytham cars went to Trafford Park but weren't up to running on the industrial railway tracks. Although its pushing the point a bit, there is always Morecambe, which converted its petrol trams to gas during WW1.

Hi Trev, although I have posted 4wheel trams (as per the post heading "LGB trams pictures of the real things" there were/are quite a lot of 8wheel and six wheel (swinging axle) cars of the era. I have pictures of those cars as well, but have not posted them in this thread. Alyn ps I have pictures of the latest new cars also.
