Lgb Point motors and z21

Newbie at this have lgb point motors have connected all up to z21 switch decoder and in app the point motor will switch one way thats it cant get it to switch back if you manually push it back ii will switch on app again but thats it
what am i doing wrong or what am i missing thanks dave
 
Are your point motors the new two terminal motors, or the older three terminal solenoid type.
 
A quick look at the manual seems to show that the outputs only pulse in the postive direction.

you need a negative pulse to move the other way, which it does not provide.

A little circuitry may be needed to turn a positive pulse into the negative pulse you need for the other direction.
