I'm not sure that I understand how the 5080 control box is supposed to operate, or should I say be wired.
In the LGB instruction pamphlet, the diagram shows running power to the terminals marked 1-2 or 3-4. AC or DC can be used as per the instructions. All well and good so far. Now if I want to operate something that uses DC power, the instructions show simply running a pair of conductors from any set of the four sets of terminals on the box. By pressing the rocker switch on, the item should be powered, which it is. However, when I pressed any of the three remaining switches, power was also sent to the item.
So I only have one pair of conductors wired to the box, yet all four switches activate those two conductors.
Any ideas?
