Has anyone added the lanterns to this switch? I managed to add one lantern to one EPL drive, but I can’t get the lantern to operate on the second EPL drive. The throw bar on that side hasn’t enough length to move the lantern.

I seem to recall that there is a small extender piece required for the EPL motor. Some of my points had this fitted to the tie bar, but others had to have the 'loop' fitted....

I traded the EPL motor for another and had the same result. I took the switch apart and found a piece of tie Plastic? Was binding the tie bar for the points. Some filing and all works great. Maerklin quality control problem? Switch was present for my BD last month. I’ve had LGB products for many years with nary a problem.
