Back in November last year I mentioned a problem I was having with the water level where my layout is situated. I had many useful tips from other folk and following that I embarked on raising the level of the layout. Well after a few hold ups I’ve finally got the base laid. I still need to finalise how I get from the bottom loop to the top loop but hopefully if I’ve done my measuring properly the whole layout should be pretty much level.
