Issue with attachments

Hi,

There appears to be a problem with uploading attachments at the moment. When I try to upload an attachment I get this message.

The upload failed because the temporary directory was missing. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded.

I would be grateful if a site admin could look into it.
