I have done it, before...

I had really no ideas, how to paint that tram. In the end a friend said: "Paint it red!" He chose the red colour. ok, I did it. And now I'm not really pleased with the red colour. But I leave it, like it it now.

The interior gets a new paint a s well. The old one came off, particiular.

Next step is the illumination of ot. I will be LED lights.

At the moment my tram layout is on show until the 20th May 2015. So I have the possiblity to test my car.

More about the testing area, here: ;-) My tram is running more than 292 km in 17 days and a question to it.

It runs very well. Only at one point on an edge of the terminal loop an electric pole is a bit closere to the tram, but that is nothing to act on. My modell is 10mm longer than the Original starting model.

At the moment I can't work on my models. A holiday in Stoke on Trent about Eastern, (more later in this foruim) than a night in an emergency room, spent 4 1/2 hours to be checked. Gladly the found nothing serius, so I'm back home, Tomorrow I go towards Dortmund. INTERMODELLBAU Exhibition for all modell enthusiasts, planes, ships, trains, cars and so on. Different disply an show. Different Scales as well.

More details here: April 15 - 19, 2015 - INTERMODELLBAU

The model is nearly finished. It has got LED lights. 10 for the passengers area, for each destination sign 3 LED and 2 white front lights and red back lights,

It had a short circiut on forward riding, but I found the problem and replaced a an electric item for changing the lights forward and reverse lights.

Than it has got 2 destination boxes inside the car. Each box has got 3 LED's. Last but not least The windowmaker starts his work and finished it.

Two things will be done till next weekend, when our display wille be shown at the Wuppertal Tramway museum. It will have seats and letterings ont the body. Also for rainy condions windscreen wipers.
