The supplied bar goes in the pin coupler at one end and the flat with the hole in sits on the Lgb hook on the loco, the tabs keep it on the loop.
I'll take pics once they arrive. I'll have to fabricate a bar to link the two pairs as it will need a small loop at both ends.
They will need the tyre faces painting and a bit of weathering to show up the details.

Nice find Paul, bet you wish the Sud Harz had not been sold now. Still you can always give them a run at my line, if you can make it Down here.

No Süd Harz needs to go so I can model more of it in HOm ;) glad I didn't rush to sell off the stock too though :) I knew I could run it at friends and my own garden is on the one day list.

Well they arrived well packed.

The axle holders are sprung to centre them and they have two sprung clips to lock the bogies together in unloaded style. The clip releases are under the axle holders so easy to release and don't stick out looking loss.

Here's my first wagon, still waiting for the 64mm gauge wheels so bbq skewers acting as axles for now ;)

A bit of paint on the shiny wheel faces and some dry brushing to bring out the detail and a nice addition to the collection.

I'll take some more once I've got the wheels ;)
Making some more intermediate connector bars so I can couple sets of these.

Yes, from FGB-Berlin (on special, cheapest) or direct from Modellbouw Boerman. Strange, he says they will be available from end of 1/16! It's not often that delivery is ahead of schdule in this market.

Cheers chaps! I am trying to justify getting some, but did they ever use them in the US?

I've not found any pictures yet
Couple of pics taken at Radeburg Museum in Dresden Suberbs. Sadly only with Wagon Wheels.

image.jpg image.jpg

These will be 75 or 76 CM Gauge (though looking at them could be Metre) , but Metre Gauge ones will be much of a muchness.
