When we went shopping for decor for our Thomas's Branch Hallowe'en display, one of the gravestones carried the cheery epitaph "You're next". Decided not to buy it, because some of our young audience are not in the best of health -- some black jokes are best left alone.

I recall an old story about someone who, being unmarried, would forever be getting comments of "You're next!" from elderly relatives at family weddings - so he started doing the same to them at family funerals....
