I wasn't sure how to write top whole - is it two words, like wot I wrote, or is it topwhole. google fancies the former.

As far as I'm aware, Andrew at GRC has all his bits, and is a perfect gentleman to boot. I ordered two accessories from his website, paid by Paypal or credit card (can't remember) and then received a refund for postage on the second item.
