Hi folks, I'm putting together parts for (scratch) solar/battery powering of my two LGB electric points. What kind of (3-way?) switch do I need to operate each?? Presumably the polarity needs to be reversible (or does it?)

As you will have a DC supply, then yes, you will need a DPDT centre-off (biased) switch..
(On) - Off - (On) so it is only 'On' when you hold it over.

Now, I wonder where you could get one of those?
