Nice to hear you are going to make the most of the better weather to get some work done on the railway mate.

I see you have the same problems as me with coffee breaks but i also find the saw operator also keeps nipping off for a tea break!

Please keep us upto date with plenty of pics of any progress.

Jason.

No photos showing before but in the "bottom and right hand side was double tracked going to single track at the left hand side to come behind the garden store.............
Well the garden store was emptied, old track removed and the store was pushed back. A shelf was constructed, suitable holes were cut and track layed, the opportunity was taken to double the track a little more ;)

You can see where the buffer stop is,that was the end of the line

The store now doubles as a tunnel thus it had to be painted black, with under shelf storage for some of the junk
With out track ;)

And the end result is a tunnel which needs some detail to hide the fact its just a hole in a plastic box
I just need to wire up the points and reverse loop but that's a job for next week along with plenty of testing ;)

Double in at this end

And single out at this end ;)

Nice work mate.

I have some thick plastic sheeting if you want some to make tunnel mouths? Ex Laura Ashley display. Cuts reasonably easy with a Stanley Knife and a steel rule.

Let me know....
