Yes, the standard gauge version will be lower. Body obviously will be the same and from the side will sit as right as the rubber ruled body allows. The narrow gauge version is running on correct metre gauge but the body has been squeezed so that both versions can run on same track and not look too bad. If they had made the Harzkammel to exact scale, the standard gauge version would only look right on 64mm track, so a good compromise has been made. You'll notice that all footsteps on both versions are the same, which are correct for the standard gauge model. The narrow gauge version should have extra footsteps fitted as they are too high from ground level. The real Harzkammels were a quick fix botch up with narrow gauge bogies being fitted to ten standard gauge V100's. They were mounted higher on the narrower bogies because of the sharper radii of the Harz curves and to allow longer flexible transmission pipes clearance
