Lots of British manufacturers make 32mm gauge models of two foot and two foot six prototypes .... Roundhouse, Accucraft, Garden Railway Specialists, Bole Laser Craft, North Pilton Works, IP Engineering, Plateway Models and many more. They all advertise in the British Garden Rail magazine.

PDF Models produce some very nice lttle locos, but my hat goes off to Boot Lane works - their products make up into stunningly good models that can be enhanced with the use of the many after-market details from SLR [3D resin printed], and Loco-Box - etched brass and other materials.

If you can't get ahold of Garden Railways in your part of Canada [our local mega-book-store, part of the giant Quinte Mall in Belleville ON used to have it], send me your address and I'll mail you a couple of copies of recent issue.

Both Roundhouse and Accucraft modelled the Sandy River Forney-style loco, but that was around fifteen years back. They were deemed to be somewhat wacky-looking by the UK audience, and slow to sell. I've seen one Accucraft version in the last fifteen years, and that was £1500 then. At that time the CAN$ was around $1.70 to the £, so not cheap.

Accucraft made a version of their beginner loco, 'Ruby', as a Forney, but that, too, is rare. If you give Jason a call at Roundhouse Classic Series
