Decoder and stay alives

Morning all just got bitten by the G scale bug (again) and have got hold of an LGB 040 Tank Loco, from my distant memories I remember that it didn't like radius 1 points and tended to stall, as it has a DCC plug according to the base plate is there a plug in decoder with stay alives that will fit ? Thanks in advance ..mervyn.

I strongly suspect that any "Plug and Play" decoder for this loco will be produced by Massoth
On this basis I suggest a Massoth eMotion L, their part number 8154001 and a 8151601 Power cap micro stay alive unit.
