Here are some pictures from the CFR. The first on this forum. For those not in the know, the CFR is based at Rothley Station on the Great Central Railway. We are open every weekend throughout the year.
Nice Piccies.

Hope you don't mind but I edited your post to include the pictures in the body text. Save folks having to enlarge each one.

cheers.

Thanks Gareth, I can't get them any larger when I post.

The shunting wagon is an Accucraft flat truck with a scratch built superstructure. I use this as a match truck to cope with different couplers.

The 218s look like they are working for their keep. Keep Shaun the sheep under lock and key!

Two new arrivals since the original pictures were taken. BR216 and BR218. Our PIKO Diesel fleet now exceeds 16 locomotives 3 x 216 and 13 x 218. For the price these are great locomotives.

I visited the CFR today to collect a 2095 'Wizzy Cranks' for the LG&B, and I took a few pictures....

Very windy today, so Casey and his team were very busy running a service in somewhat difficult conditions....

The wind blew the roof off of the top cable car station a few times, but Tony scrambled up the mountain and kindly placed it back just before I took the first of these photos....
