Chairs for LGB code 332 rail?

Hobo

Narrow Gauge Railways
As far as I'm aware, there are no chairs available suitable for LGB rail - can anyone prove me wrong?

I'd really like to replace my R1 turnouts (I've "shimmed" them and they work fine - they just don't look right) and DIY is my only realistic option at the moment.
Any advice most welcome:)

Tenmille do track for code 332, although their rail profile is thinner than the LGB/PIKO/ART/USAT track.

The foot isn't as wide but the height is correct.

They make chairs and sleepers for their rail....

Don't you just love google translate

Thanks Guys!:)
I have a stock of LGB/Piko rail which ruled out the Tenmille chairs, and I reckon I'll make up my own sleepers to keep costs to a minimum.
I'd searched everywhere (or so I thought) for chairs and the above link is a God-send - fantastic!!;)

I guess this sort of G scale chair is no good?

For some reason the German language doesn't translate very well into English - just try reading a Lidl leaflet:rolf:

And, a useless piece of info from my crowded skull - stools were made and used to support rail (albeit girder - tram - rail), I rescued one and repaired it for museum display. Its amazing what you can find looking into holes.

Nor these I found at the back of the shed ;);

Incidentally, why do milking stools only have three legs?
Because the cow has the udder!:D

Thanks very much guys, that's great info - I'm just so glad I've been proved wrong (again:bigsmile:)
