Chain for LGB Carrier Car

Does anyone know where I might find, or have extra chains for LGB's Track or I-Beam Carrier cars? I am in need of 3 of them. See photo below for reference.

There are vendors on eBay that sell miniature chain. It may not be gold though but I'm sure you can get it from somewhere.

It's actually for my father. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't original, but he wants it how it came in the starter set. Which is going to make for a more costly repair...

I have some fine gold plated chain which came off a cheap model log car but the links have a twist to them and appear closer together. Not as spaced looking at your photo.
If you cantact TrainLi they may be able to source it for you. Parts that are identified by their explosion diagram number
