Meanwhile the mainline freight was pulled by some spruced up GPs. They also have to climb the grade. The little Arbour Summit station will soon vibrate to their wheel song

A view over Arrowhead station on into the township.
The local passenger train waits complete with sightseeing tour car in tow.

The whole of Arrowhead is built in a space made under trees and bushes. Most of the space contained a very large dead conifer and was designated for other duties before the idea of a new township dawned on me. the only problem is that there is a certain degree of going on hands and knees to 'burrow' under the bushes to get to things in the township!

The Goose does not have to shift yet. The S4 just sits, ticking over as there seems to be a problem betwen the box car and caboose, some brake wheel locking, it looks like. There is much discussion and fiddlin' but nothin' is movin' just yet. This has been going on for some time. the yard manager will not be pleased!

better leave them to it.....See if it has been sorted by tomorrow....

Well the lads did not solve the problem. The yard manager was furious so he sent in the big gun, the big shot, the big wheel, the big enchilada, the head honcho .......problem sorted!!
What's a few casualties?
