Really superb vision of how anyone can do scratch building, a bit of Foam Board and some imagination and anyone can create some small cameo’s for their garden railway. The hardest part is just getting started.

Agree with above,how long will they last before being wrecked,stolen or vandalized,I suspect where you live will have a lot to do with it and how safe they are,great idea though
