Bachmann 2-4-2 chassis

Hi gang!
New to the forum and getting started in G Scale. I'm looking for something that most of you will ask "Why" to, but hey, it's worth a shot. I have an old Bachmann 2-4-2 Columbia that's somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 years old, and am looking for a replacement chassis.
Bachmann had on their parts website a sale on part #242-CH-OLD just after they started shipping again due to the Flu thing, and they went before I could get my hands on one (see pic). Anybody out there have one of these that they'd be willing to part with?

Welcome to the forum. No such thing as a silly question, as not everyone knows everything. You may get a few daft answers though! I'm sure someone can help with your problem. Have you tried the Bachmann spares dept? What is the issue?

You might find the industrial 2-6-0 chassis will
fit I recently bought one for a project from Bachmann at what I thought was a really good price 54596911-669F-4EAA-B226-125051060A4D.jpeg
 
Thanks guys! Not a bad idea about the 2-6-0 chassis!
I emailed a contact I have at Bachmann and she said all the 2-4-2's are gone. I'll check on the 2-6-0's
Another alternative I found a guy on the Facebook G Scale Swap and Shop, he makes replacement gears, machined out of delrin. I bought some from him for my two truck shay and they worked great!
I contacted him and he is going to check and see if he still has some for the 2-4-2.
