I am after some Aristocraft railclamps of the top screw variety (they look a bit like like the Massoth ones). ART 11940
Have tried many retailers over here and in States....just hope someione on the forum might have a few spare
The reason I want the Aristo ones is that they tend to be a bit beefier when trying to keep two recalcitrant rail heads flat in difficult to get at situations.

I generally use Massoth ones and also Hillman, Split-Jaw etc side-screw clamps but for the odd occasion the Aristo ones cannot be bettered.
I used to get the San-Val ones from A.Kramer on ebay but the quality has gone right down hill over the last year or twowith the buyer having to `ream` out the hole to acceot the wrong screws that he now supplies! If they were a lot cheaper it would be worth it but by time they are landed over here they are pretty near the price of other makes anyway.
This is what the San-Val ones look like...shame that they are not useable straight off anymore
