Last year I purchased a G&MO Aristo-Craft 2-bay coal hopper from P&S Hobbies and Models in York (also Scarborough). It was a very good retail price. I thought about getting another but Christmastide, and more recently an MOT on my car, pushed the idea onto the back burner.
The car went through the MOT without any work needed, I had expected a couple or repairs maybe, so I thought now is a good time to get that second G&MO hopper.
I was lucky - he only had one left and it was a different running number to the one I already have.
His price, despite the recent VAT horror, was the same as last year!
This brings my 2 bay hopper consist up to seven. I think that is where it will stay.
