Wheels certainly appear to be Mamod based. There have been companies that do Mamod replacement wheels in the past so could be some of them. As for the Boiler and Motor, I would say Wilesco.

I have no idea how it runs, as it comes up for auction this weekend at Cabin Fever. I have a Brunel and a Regner Chaloner, and we thought it might be an old Regner "Max", but not with that big flywheel. Thanks anyway.

It sold for $150 yesterday, which seems like a lot for a home-brew. I told my pal I'd go up to $100.
