An afternoon on the Harz in England!

Wanting to relive the memories of the Harz mountains, I dug out some Harz stock for a session this afternoon.

First up was some lazy running from the Selketalbahn.

The Kamel goes to get the days coaching stock from the carriage sheds.

And the mighty 2-10-2 comes off shed for the days work.

and takes the train for the Brocken.

Whilst the little diesel Ko:II shunts a works train.

It really is little despite once being standard gauge.

If money and space were no object I would definitely be buying one of these LGB 2-10-2s, they look fantastic models. Alan - a lovely railway thanks for sharing some photos
