Accucraft grey/ how do you remove lettering

Hi,

Does anyone know what paint matches the GWR grey used by Accucraft on their wagons? (Railmatch would be ideal) Also has anyone successfully removed the numbers of this stock?

I think it may have been Halfords grey plastic primer.

I don't know about the GWR grey, but Halfords grey primer is a near perfect match for their W&L stock.

From memory, the GWR stock is a touch darker grey than the W&L.

Thanks guys, ive always thought their GWR grey is on the light side. I just want to have more open waggons so need to change the numbers.
