2091: Possible swap - a long shot....!

OK, I really don't hold out a lot of hope for this, but if you never ask, you never get.....

I have an LGB 2091 Austrian diesel, the centre-cab one, in the old OBB dark green livery with silver roof. It is DIGITAL WITH SOUND (all factory-installed), and is in pretty much as-new condition, boxed, bought brand new by me and nothing more than test-run.

Now, it's a lovely loco, BUT its colour scheme doesn't really suit me - I would rather have the same loco in either the red/cream or the later orange livery. Anybody have either of these and fancy a swap? I'm hoping that there just might be someone out there who is modelling earlier OBB and likes the idea of the green one.

I would want one with MTS and sound, either factory-installed or aftermarket, or possibly if you have an analogue one we could negotiate a cash adjustment sufficient to allow me to sound-chip the swapped loco.

Any offers?

As I realise my post above is unlikely to get a response unless I'm VERY lucky, as an alternative does anyone out there actually have a class 2091 in either the red/cream or orange liveries that they would be willing to sell? MTS and sound would be nice, but happy to take an analogue one at right price. I'm sure I can then find a third party to buy the green one from me.....

hi jon. i have a red/cream one with sound, i think its a xls in it, possably piggybacked onto the lgb chip.. im up for a swap:thumbup:

Oh dear, I wasn't really expecting any responses and now I have a choice.... ;)

Do you have a pic of yours, Les? I assume it's the late OBB livery of solid overall orangey-red?

Are you interested in the swap, or just to sell yours?

Hi Jon I have just taken pics of all my locos last week but I find I get in such a state trying to put them on here, if my son comes over I'll get him to do it for you Les
